// What this site actually does
This is the short, readable version, and it is the whole of it. This site collects very little: what you send us through the contact form, and — only if you agree — anonymous analytics.
Who is responsible
The responsable for the personal data described in this notice is:
Legal name
DEV1 SOFTWORKS S.A.S. DE C.V.
Address
PARROQUIA MZ3 LT6 50, COL. EL TREBOL, TEPOTZOTLÁN, ESTADO DE MÉXICO
Only two things, and both are things you hand us deliberately or agree to:
The contact form: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is captured from that page.
Location and electronic data, and only if you accept analytics: the pages you view, roughly where you are in the world, and what kind of device you used. Your IP address is anonymised before it reaches Google.
Sensitive personal data is not collected in the ordinary course. If it were ever required, your express written consent would be requested first, as the aviso integral sets out.
Why we collect it
Primary purposes, as declared in the aviso integral: analytics, lead generation and promotions.
To answer you. A message sent through the contact form is delivered to us by email so we can reply and, if you asked for one, prepare an estimate.
Secondary purposes: sending information about services, invitations to events and activities, and producing reports, metrics and evaluations. You can refuse these by writing to [email protected], and refusing will not affect the services you request from us.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data. Our aviso de privacidad integral is the governing document and states the categories of cookies and tracking technologies that may be used; the table below lists what this site actually sets today. Four processors are involved in operating the site:
Brevo — delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
Google reCAPTCHA — checks that a form submission is from a person, not a bot.
Google Analytics — measures page views, and only if you accepted analytics.
Google Maps — draws the map on the contact page. Loading it discloses your IP address to Google, so it is suppressed until you accept; the address itself is written out in text either way.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics under its own retention settings, and is not linked to anything that identifies you.
Your consent choice is stored for six months, after which we ask again rather than assume.
Which notice governs
This page is a plain-language summary. The governing documents are the aviso de privacidad simplificado and the aviso de privacidad integral, published in Spanish under the LFPDPPP. Where this summary and those notices differ, the Spanish notices prevail.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by name:
In Mexico, under the LFPDPPP: your ARCO rights — Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición — plus the right to revoke consent at any time. We respond within 20 business days.
In the EU, EEA or UK, under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent without it affecting what was lawful before.
In the United States: you can refuse analytics outright. We also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals automatically, without you having to ask.
How to exercise them
Write to [email protected] describing what you want and we will respond. For analytics specifically you do not need to write to anyone: use the cookie preferences link in the footer to withdraw consent immediately.
Every cookie this site sets
There are four, and one of them only exists to remember that you said no.
